In recent months, I’ve been working on a brand new project. The aim is to bring together medieval historians and provide a forum for them to share their work.
Medievaling
Medievaling is my brand-new site. I share some of my most recent research there, and I am encouraging other medieval historians to do the same. The minimum requirement is that applicants have an A level or equivalent in history or a related discipline.
Please get in touch to write history articles to share with the world. Any topic on medieval history is acceptable. We also include book reviews, so if you’ve read a great book recently and would like to review it, share your thoughts with a wider audience. Articles currently on the site relate to the Crusades, the Jerusalemite dynasty, Bede and medieval leprosy. You might have an interest in military history, or some expertise in political or social history; all ideas are very welcome.
Each author will have their own dedicated author page with links to their own site/social media. You could also advertise your latest book.
This site is perfect for historians at any stage of their career, whether they are undergraduate or postgraduate students wishing to share their research. Or early career historians who would like to increase their visibility. You might even be an amateur historian who would love to share an idea. All pitches are welcome.
If you’d like to get involved, please email me at admin@medievaling.com, where you can submit a short proposal telling me a bit about your article.
